It may be artificial hike just to create atmosphere so that more people are attracted.

very similar to the vegetable seller who sell the vegetables with louder voice though it may be not of good quality as compared to other who have equally good products but unable to sell.

is ackruti countrywoods is member of PBAP / CREDAI ?

unlike other builders , the advt of ackruti does not CONTAIN any logo of PBAP or CREDAI

PBAP doesn't stand for quality, nor for commitment. Even Godrej Properties & Tata Housing are not members of these type of local useless bodies. Hence, PBAP or no PBAP, what should be focussed, is the product & the builder.

All my friends having genuine interest in booking a flat in Ackruti.. I would suggest kindly go to the site and have a look. I saw some posts in this thread which are really hard to believe and it seems someone is trying to make false impressions and trying to bring a negative sentiment to the project.

SSK-> Building A, B, C and D would make one society and similarly other wings would do. I will get more info about 1% scheme from tarang patel.

I have seen one advt from Hill View appartment which is near to Ackuti.

The advt says that do not buy from the builder who have no Valid Documents like NA / 7/12 of land and other valid documents.

The advt is on a road very near the entrance of ackruti. Does the builder means to say that the documentation is not clear and is it risky to book flat in ackruti contrywoods.

You can see a hoarding near the entry road towards ackruti city. it says that do not book the flat if the documents (n.A. , 7/12, etc) are not cleared.

kindly confirm with Mr. Tarang about that hoarding and let us know the status.

If ackruti countrywoods in non member of PBAP then it is really good and beneficial to the buyers. what i feel is that all PBAP members are united to earn more than they deserve. They are setting their own rules and regulations and charging anything they like.
