has anyone got any idea for splilt duplex for gera.-regent park on baner road?

So, don't go by the face value of this project & don't pay any heed to what builder says about roads etc. Builders' USP of selling the project:- Italian flooring, AC throughout the house, 5 star lobby etc. Just a marketing gimmick. Fact:- Gera said that the roads would be completed before CYG games!! Of course, he did not mention CYG games of which year.

3 Bhk in supreme Pallacio was around 1 cr a few days back, & for GC & Tiara also I think will go something around 1 Cr for 3 BHK, so are we Midddleclass ppls cannt purchase a flat....Could you please recommend some good project which comes under my budget like 25 lacs for 2 BHK or around 30-35 lacs for 3 BHK...I am looking in Baner only....No PS/WAKAD plzzzzz....

Gold Coast resale are now for INR 74L nego. down from INR 91L in Mar 09. Btw, I agree with the word STORM here said by fellow members. Wait & see the fun.
* The flats here were booked at the rate of INR 1632/sq ft. Total package for 3BR, 1650sq ft was INR 34.5L. |
