Need f/b on Silver moon baner, beside supreme builder construction.
What should be the ideal psf rate in that area? any feedback about the builder? TIA |

Negotiable till 2900, try harder to get down till 2800. I am sure they shall go down for 3BHKs. Possession of first building is in Jan 10, which I do not think is possible, should be done by June 10.

If you can pay 80% amount in 1 month, they will come down to 2500-2600. They are in need of money to continue the work at site. Because they/builders are falling short of money, they are either delaying the possession or possession for most of the project (starting now days) are 1.5 yrs. They want to build it after you pay them.
If you pay them quickly, they will come down. |

80 percent payment by a single buyer doesnt help builder to complete the task (if the 4-6 months work is remaining, as mentioned in one of the earlier post )

At least the building is up, so if there is a delay in possession, that would be only because of the finishing issues.

yes building is build , buidler also tries to close it fast.
also at present there is road till silver moon, dont know about water conditions. |

this site by venkateshwara housing is a BL***y fraud stuff. The 4 partners of venkateshwara group namely Basale etc... are absolute ill mannered and not concerned of any customer.
they want to make their money and they will not bother about you in any way. Mr.Rege who owns the land is also another interesting person to interact with . He has no control on the developer and he talks ethics. he has huge business of optical products, but still at this age he does not value others people hard earned money at all. Absolute bad experience. dont deal with Venkateshwara group or any projects of them in PUNE or other part.

I saw your complaint on another consumer forum. I have purchased a flat there and am moving in soon. More than 75% building is occupied. Yes, builder did take time to finish the building, but you need to have more knowledge about Pune builders before you actually agree to buying a flat there.
