Got in touch with the Insignia Group thru this forum only!! i liked the concept...the rate being 2250 psf..the project is close to Roah Leher...here is my take on the project
Cons : 1) secluded area, but has development potential 2) not enuf no of bookings (dontknw why) 3) no show flat as such!! 4) many more.... Pros : 1) A decent neighbourhood guranteed 2) specs provided tod builder as per members' preference 3) 2250 psf (with the kind of amenetied promised) looks attractive 4) Rohan, Nea and many more projects to come ll assure d development in near future 5) Being part of a unique venture ![]() thr might be more cons thn pros as of now!! but think its a risk wrth taking... i have booked a flat ( in just 2 days after looking at d project)!! might b a hasty decision..but smhow hv belief in d project whr u can call d shots... agree the nos are pretty less...but almost 4-5 colleauges of mine also liked d doncept and might end up booking the same...so nt wrried abut the no game either!! seems many pple r sitting on d fence to see sm more flats being booked...atlst with the conversation i had wid Nitin (moderator) and builder for 2 hrs...i cud see 4-5 more bookings in no time...even if the current initiatve fails we hav a network of a huge no of people to bargain for ne project in future as well cheers!! This is a great initiative... and i think this might just be a start.... if someone has the patience and resources.. then this is the best way to go....
Patience: No choice as.. you need a lot of it even with builders. ![]() Resources (non-monitary): Collectively all ppl involved through relatives and friends might be able to get some leeway in the required government departments. ![]() Resources (Monitary): Bank Loan.. Personal Savings... this is required for the builders as well but most important you require much less.!!!!! ![]() VK |

But unfortunately, the current situation in which we are that of economic recession, several cancellations have taken place even in big builders' project like Rohan Tarang, Seher etc. It is such cancellations which make me wary to jump in especially when all are not committed. Ofcourse, the best part is you are not buying but building , hence atleast you are assured that the builder won't run away! Hope that this project gets completed ASAP which sets such trend in the city. All the best for the people working on such projects.
