Default ITWAP and Infosys group

I had read about a group of some 100 Infosys people came together and had invited builders to start a project for them on mutually agreeable terms.

While reading that, I came to know about this group ITPWAP which says it has started a project in sus gaon and they are in land registration stage..

Anybody knows anything about the fate of these two initiatives ?

The rates to my knowledge are INR 1900/sq ft & the location is about 4.5-5km inside towards sus gaon from the NH4 bypass, Sus Road.
Also, it seems they don't charge for covered car park etc. so you save a lot here.

ITWAP: yeah its around 5 kms from NH4 bypass & almost at sus gaon itself...they have 1900 rs /sq ft rate...with much better specs (they have given specs to builder) They have completed at least 1 st floor as well...the only -ve is the location as of now..

INSIGNIA: Rate is 2250 /sq ft near rohan seher (location ie better than ITWAP, but pice as well)..no construction,still they are searching numbers to start the project...

There is another construction going on at Sus gaon. Oxford paradise. Any feedback? Only problem is location. Rate is same as ITWAP.

ITPWAP dont have any charges for Parking....much better specs...More open space & better amenities (including squash court)... I dont think any builder can offer that spces even at the rate of 4000 /sq ft....so ITPWAP is much better...

EVEN rohan & kumar also have land there, once these ppls will start work then that area would become where one can live with his/her family...untill I dont think that place ia ready to live right now...

ash7979, did you book any flat in ITWAP? When is the possession?

I didnt book there, but in my office there are so many ppld who have booked their...Its not like booking, they are building this themself (outsourced the construction to a builder)...Possesion would take at least after 2-3 years...

ok...thanks for the info.
Do you know any project in Baner/Pashan/Balewadi area where 2 BHK flat is available, possession is within 2-6 months(max) and package is within 30-34 lacs? Resale( not miore than 1.5 yr old) will also work..
Actually I am looking for such kind of a project, but at the end all these criterias are not matching.
