Folks, any idea about Rajyog apartments, based in Sinhagad road?. He is quoting 2800/sqt. The cost for 3bhk comes to 38Lakhs. (1185-1253 Max Sqt).

Pathetic quality & the crowd too is not that good. If on Sinhagad Rd., avoid going further from Anandnagar Tel Exchange near Indian Hume Pipe.
Btw, even Crossover County is quoting a similar rate post nego. The pressure on both these projects is high as Nanded City is going for INR 2500/sq ft, which is stone throw distance from here.

Avoid both i.e. Rajyog & Cross0vercounty at any cost. Poor infra & insecure locality. Btw, there is no PMC supplied water after Rajyog. Keep this in mind too.

Crossover County is an awesome place if your office happens to be on Sinhagad fort, but other than that its too far from humanity. Its good to live in a clean green area but sadly that place is neither as of today.. with small approach roads and too much congestion.
