Folks, got to know of this property Kaasp County in Wakad. Builder is b.u Bhandari, as per my sources, builder is reputed.

Can you guys share what would be a good rate at this place and also is the builder reputation good and is worth a invest.

Yes, builder is good..for investtment, price above 2100 is not worth..locatiion is not gr8..slums around it

Builder is good but area of Kaspate Vasti is not good. Slums and illegal constructions by locals. Road is not good. Few projects Kesar , winword are coming to this area. 8 months back rate was around 3000/- so anything around 2300 - 2200 is ok.

Pune is fast picking up, of course next only to Chennai in this forum.
Possibly IT concentration there in Pune and people very eager to know about RE in the city.

Yesterday we visited kaasp county (B U bhandari) at Kaspate wasti.
The road to kaasp county is through another society.
Buider is saying he has acquired the road.
How to verify this ????

Get the 7/12 from builder. Check the survey number & proposed DP road if any, from Town Planning Dept. at PCMC.

Check out his project:- Edenn at Wakad to get a feel of this builder & inquire with residents too. But, as rest of the fellow members said, confirm about the road which is major issue here & even I feel that Kaspate Vasti is not a good area. While traveling during night, I saw some people playing cards & drunkards here. So, locality is not that good.

Hey, btw you said: " Worth a invest". Is it for end use or investment purpose?
