Any views on KONARK INDRAYU ENCLAVE II?

It is by Karia Builders off NIBM road. I dont have the psf rate was looking more at info of living conditions like road, aminities, facilities around etc.

Hi

The current rate is 3950/- psf and Rs. 25 per floor rise.

The approach road is nice and the connectivity is good also. The complex is a perfect blend of serenity and urbanisation.

PS:- It is OFF NIBM, not ON NIBM. Seems builders haven't paid their bills coz everything is getting OFF, OFF Main Baner Rd, OFF NIBM, OFF SINHAGAD RD, OFF PUNE, OFF INDIA, OFF PLANET........

There is no more space in the main areas, that's why new projects are coming up in vague locations.

Sorry, it was not meant to be. But actually its a fact... I can hardly see any new construction in the prime areas. The few that are there are way too pricy. The builders are flocking to places like Undri, Kondwa khurd etc and these places look completly villagish to me.
