We are planning to book a 2BHK in Laxmi Angan.
Has any one visited the site?

Builder is asking a rate of 2800.

Please let us know ur comments abt the quality and rates.

Hi ASJadahav, Did you booked there? whats the final rate u got? Currently he is quoting 2900 but ready to negotiate..

heard recently someone booked at the rate of 2560. in last one month.

Price is reasonable when compared with what GK is quoting

hporwal, are you sure about this rate(2560)? When I went there builder quoted me 3200/- in last month.

yes heard from the person who has booked a 3 bhk there. although i too feel that when nearby projects are quoting 2800 min. , this would be a great deal , if true.

Pimple Saudagar rate will come down to Rs 2400/- post Diwali. So dont buy flats now. Wait & watch. You will benefit.

yes, not bad infact! But I don't think one will get this deal for 2 BHK flat.
