MP city annexe is at hopeless rate of 3250; no advantage of booking in under construction (unlaunched) and far from cybercity and destination center.

I was searching for flats near to Magarpatta City, visited many projects like Amar Ornate/Courtyard, pearl, Park Infinia, Tranquility, Majiri Green, Greenwood, Sanskruti, Runwall etc. Some of them are expensive like Amar Ornate. Some of them are beyond railway line like Sanskruti and Runwall. Some of them are full with the booking. Some of them have kitchen at the entrance like park infinia which I dont like. Yesterday I visited Sukhwani Emrald which is near to Magarpatta city. Ready possession flats are available in Wing A. They are quoting 3200 psf. Can anyone suggest about this project?

visited celebria and looked good. although there is a canal/nala close by.
builder is quoting 3.2k per sq ft.

reached a bit late at ornate and as the flats didnt had lights, could not check the flats.
builder is quoting 3.85k per sq ft. looks absurd.

so is celebria a good option?
