Looking for good projects on sinhagad road pune - Indian Real Estate Forum

I am looking for some good projects on sinhagad road.....I also visited few new projects in this area...the rate quoted by builder is Rs 3000 to 3200 per sq feet....is this rate justified? Also would like to get some info about the projects in this area.

Baner is going for less than this price! Anything over INR 1800/sq ft is not worth at Sinhagad Rd. Why don't you go to Kothrud rather?

but rate in Kothrud is much more than 3000....isn't it?

Realacre .. I disagree a little with you. Sinhgad Road would be a better option than Baner ... But then again its personal choice. I would say go for Sinhgad Road.

The rates are high as indicated. I think, Vijay, you refered to 'Amrut Ganga' which is quoting between 3000 - 3200. This one according to them is the Great Value type project. They have another project there, called 'Bhagyoday', where rate is 3650. Exact same location. Funny isn't it ?

Anyways, Vijay, the request I have for you is to add some more details while putting request such as this. For example, projects you visited, their exact locations and then People will be able to comment more appropriately.

As space said, put up more details. However, in any case don't cross the canal near Anandnagar Tel Exchange/Indian Hume pipe coz there are large no. of Scorpio people who stay there.

Space, let aside Baner but would you go for Kothrud or Sinhagad Rd?

But do we have a project which quotes 3000-3200 in Kothrud ?

Several of them. Samrajya, Vanshiraj Heights etc. Bhujbal too is down. Only Sigma One goes above INR 4200/sq ft even now. Let's see what happens in couple of months.

Samrajya is quoting 3000, then probably is a nice buy. After further nego. of course. But I do not know about Vanshiraj Heights. Where is it ? Do u have a website for this ? And which project from Bhujbal ?

Realacres are you sure that the rates are down in kothrud till the level of 3200 sq/ft ? If yes, can pls you provide more details abt. sq/ft rates for the 2-3 schemes you mentioned in Kothrud?
