Mah goverment flat ownership act amendment
Can someone please clarify following act amendment? Is it implemented or only on paper????
 The Maharashtra Government has amended the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963, making it mandatory for builders to sell flats on die basis of carpet.. |
