Maintenance cost post-purchase
Do u have any idea of maintenance costs per year for a high-end residential building with all amenities? Meaning, how much does each individual resident have to shell out for maintaining security, lighting in hallways, shared gardening, swimming pool, etc? In some builders' brochures, they claim to they will take care of the first couple of years but after that once society is formed what is the protocol? |

maintanance cost is usually Re 1-2 per sqft. In some of the projects, after society formation and transfer, society collets 1-2L from each flat owner and deposit them in terms of FD and maintanance will be done using interest money from this FD.

Factors
Some premium projects which I have seen have monthly maintenance of 3-6k/month. It however depends upon the following:-
