PM me... Let us try... But i think it should come down more than 3700. I have not seen flats myself since i am not in town. I heard, all buildings except for building A and B are surrounded by buildings and there is no good view from any of C,D,E,F buildings.

I am also negotiating price in yet another project in Wakad - Ready possession fully furnished flat. Rate offered in 3500. I have asked one of my family member to visit and see how good flat is. If that deal does not go through i may look at Malpani but definately not at 4100. 3500 is max i can pay Malpani.

Hey thanks Amol. I think you got fair deal at base price of 3200. Some of the visitors are now given prices of 4000 etc just 5 months and they increased by 1000. Ridiculous.

Can you send some snaps of the views one would get from building -C or F?

I think its wrong to say c-f towers are surrounded by other projects. behind this project (northern side) there is small empty plot, on elysium side mostly there are agri fields.

Even if buildings come up there in future every tower has about 15-20 feet open space all around so ventilation and light should not be a problem. Yes if big towers come up then your view might get blocked. That applies to A,B towers as well.

You can search for malpani greens on you tube or malpani estate site also has 3D real videos for sample flat, you can check terrace section. also wikimapia can give better idea.

I am in for group buying of prices come down. He has quoted almost 59L for a 2bhk in D block which is absolutely not affordable....

terrace section does show two building in front of it.. Not very close as you say but blocking any good view you would expect to get by paying premium for higher floor flats.

i booked the flat at f building - aug 2011...although project is delayed...but it looks to be one of the best projects in the area.
