Marigold Avenue in Bavdhan!
Hi friends,
I can see many people are interested in buying a flat in Bavdhan area. Does anyone know anything about the project- "Marigold Avenue" in Bavdhan Khurd?? Or the builders-"Surana Associates"?? Well, they are quoting a price of 2600/- and that is reasonable for that location. Although possession is late, the offer looks good. If anyone has any idea about the project or the builder, please let me know, waiting for your replies. Thanks a lot. |

Dear Friends..
I have visited many time to Bavdhan and frankly telling you rates are overhyped. It should be somewhere 2200-2500 not more than that. Surana's plots are in valley...so you cant get any good air as well as view also. |
