I have liked the project that Marvel is promoting at Kharadi - named Zephyr - but they are saying the rate as Rs 4500 psf - which seems very high. But they r promoting it as a Super Premium luxury apartments. They claim that the rates will soar in Kharadi due to the IT cos coming over and the huge industrial development at Ranjangaon. Is it worth in Kharadi ?

Why not ask the builder to launch similar project at Ranjangaon? Atleast one can take Ganesha's Darshan everyday!

Builders are demanding prices of tomorrow or day after tomorrow or maybe day after,after,after..........tomorrow today.

At this price, I would rather buy a descent project at premium location in Kalyaninagar, infact I will even save more as rates are cheaper than this.

You can have a bathtub with no water, jhoomar with no electricity, and a BMW that will break down in a week because the approach road is a disaster. Please go and buy a house in Bholse Nagar if you want real luxury. Amazingly green area in middle of city, with no noise and amazing serenity. In the middle of dhool and noise super luxury may not be what it seems like. Marvel was saying 5000 at a point in time. Think about it man, you can furnish the house in the best way by spending lakhs every year. Can you change the surroundings even if you have crores.. can you get road made.. water for your house..low pollution zones..

Sorry but this gives me a great parallel to Bollywood. Producers spend crores on getting good cast, foreign locales, movie promotions etc. No one thinks about paying a very decent scriptwriter to right good scripts. Thus, you have people making spending crores to make spectacularly bad movies... We have same old pyar, ma, behna, judai stories.. in different packages..

Are they fools, I dont think so.. They have huge amount of black money to convert into white money.. even if they have loss.. whatever they earn is white..

So similarly builders with luxury apartments buy stuff in bulk cheaply and charge you 200 times normal price.

2500 was Urban nirvana price..4500 is marvel price..

I dont know why Pune builder provide Bathtubs in Pune....

I dont think that more then 1% of those getting bathtub in their bathrooms are actually using it,so what the purpose wasting money on bathtub....I dont know how these ppls get feedback to provide bathtubs in indian bathroom of size 8X4....and having such a serious water crises in all of india's big cities for at least 6 months in years...Thinking abt getting a Bathtub in bathroom is just ridiculous....

Very nice post.I have lived in Kharadi for 4 years of life. That was pretty painful experience. I cannot imagine living there evenif the interiors are decorated with real gold. You cannot eat/drink gold for the sake of luxury.Hopeless and baseless ideas to lure buyers.Go to Kharadi area if you are going to work there Definitely not for a living...
