realacres and ttt43,
that's good point..ask them flat which they are saying booked and see their reaction..and give them hard reaction on their 1.42cr price for this junk property.(no road, no infra at all and other project are selling below 3000 in that area..so just for luxury flat, this guys are asking 1200/sq ft extra..).flat inside is really good and layout is kind of latest i never seen anywhere in Pune..but still that price is ridiculous?

This is news for me... bank has taken 50% flat as collateral....These ppls are coming up with IPO..and if this news is correct, then god knows how these ppls will sell their IPO....

voices are again turning negetive with china tightening, lowerd guidance by Larsen and one days BIG fall across the market.

May be all companies planning thier IPO / FPO are again late? may not get the price they are looking for.
