Default Ekta Worldwille

I heard that Ekta Worldwille townsheep in Hinjewadi is cancelled. Does anyone think of Megapolis will go the same way? How are their financials? They are claiming that they got good response for this scheme.

I checked MP few days back and had a look around the plot where the flats (A01-A12) coming up. The sales person said about 600 bookings already done, most people are from Mumbai betting high on this project!!

I am not sure why but people from Mumbai are primarily the ones speculating/investing in this venture.

The plans for the Project are certainly exemplary:
1. Water piped from Pavna dam which supplies Lavasa!.
2. Symbi school behind Smathome.Good!
3. Hypermarket + Multiplex:p
4. This is a Leased plot from MIDC.

NB.
The premium flats( >41L) to be handed over in June this year.So the water issue must be resolved before that.
The prices were pushed nortward by Rs. 100 a week back.

Am not sure this is better than investing in Equity though.
Tempting indeed if you can wait for 3 years.
Looks like a high risk proposition but if I had the spare money,
I may have given it a shot!

Really good. You will have to learn school lessons after buying here, hence this amenity for buyers,

3. Hypermarket + Multiplex
PROPOSED, right? And the movie shown here will be 'Main Khiladi, Tu Anari',

As usual, being a township & leased plot for MIDC, you will never have conveyance deed done, nor will you have any say if some building props up in the same compound at a later stage. As said before, it will be just like making one time advance rental payment to the builder.

Hinjewadi PhIII would be soon called Lavasa annexe.

BTW, not sure if the whole cost of this effort would be borne by Pegasus or would be includede in maintenance part for society residents!!

Booked MP 3BHK at 2850. Looking for a property in Pune for last 1 month, i found this the best option.
- Good road right upto the site.
- TCS and Tech Mahindra right across.
- Bus Stand just outside.
- Construction going on in full swing.

Did anyone else book.

Man, buses go every where...was that one of the buying factor...any ways, when is the possession?
2850 for that location is way too high...either you are a real bakara or MP's marketing person
what so ever, enjoy your life

Is this the so called "Premium apartment" that you booked?
2850psf!! I last heard 3250psf. Have Pegasus reduced the rates?

When is the possession and whats the total cost of possession?
