Could you please tell me whether i should buy it or not, whether there is any water problem. The lobby and the car parking were still not complete. The broker is saying 36L negotiable. He is also saying that the builder had asked for a VAT of around 1.75L which is deposited in the BANK as an FD. This may be returned back. How about muncipal water? or even for drinking boring water only.
I have given the builder a cheque without any date, and he is supposed to inform me a month before if he need to encash it if VAT becomes applicable..
I think I saw an update on samrajya's website about this VAT confusion being solved, i.e no need to pay VAT.. confirm with Jitu_Sir

Theres NO MUNICIPALITY WATER, the builder refills 20 L bottles for you from municipality water supply of another building, only boring water is available...
And the builder owns the amenities + internal road for all 8 buildings... we never know when he would transfer the rights.
Drop me a PM, and we can speak if you have any more doubts...

Dear sanav,
Appreciate that you view the newsboard on our website. Just wanted to provide a clarification on the VAT issue. The VAT issue is not yet resolved. Its subjudice in High Court. The Hon. Court has ordered the Sales Tax officer to withdraw all notices sent to builders for paying VAT on sale of flats and submit a affidavit on the same. But we are very hopeful that this VAT will become inapplicable on Sale of flats similar to Service Tax.
Till we get a clear order passed by the Hon Court, we carryout a Indemnity bond with the Flat Purchaser.
