Megapolis has two categories of home. The premium ones are still held at original booking rate of 3200-3300 (mostly having end user appeal). There are other economy homes whose rate is in 2300-2400 range (mostly having investor appeal) which have lower specs than the prior ones.

Hello

I booked in A-7 Sparklet, Megapolis.

They are asking for registration.

Has anyone done the registration?

We have to pay 15% beforehand plus stamp duty and other charges.

One of my friend has completed the registration process in April 2010. He has also paid the 15% payment and plus the additional 10% as he was in a hurry to disburse the loan from the bank to avail the bank offer.

Wait for few more days and u will get premium homes at the price of economy. Today when i visited site, the sales person were in the mood of negotiation on rate. It should not be more than 1800-2000psf for that bare place. Both BlueRidge and Megapolis is based on IT crowd, but rate they put is going out of reach of IT chaps too

. I hope it wil get completed in next 8 yrs.Anyway rosy days of IT has gone where person used to get long term onsite, save lot of money and invest in property.

Thanks for the updated man. So, what is the current constro status? Btw, how many visitors were there in the office besides you? Earlier there used to be atleast 6-7 salespeople, how many were there now?

Today i think 3 salesperson were present. There were no rush but 3-4 buyers were present. Most of them were looking for so called
"Smart Homes" . Few months back the same Smart homes were booked 2100psf by one of my friend but now 2600psf.

They are claiming that there would be a road from Balewadi sports stadium(bangalore highway) to Megapolis(or nearby), is it true?

Interesting you say "so called". I also believe there are no Smart Homes only Smart builders who smartly name homes to extract smart money from the not so smart buyers.

It's all PROPOSED. Will have to wait for another week or two before the revised DP

comes up.
