Bhawani Peth project named MSK Gulmohar has tentative price of 4500/Sq. Feet; which might have fainted any weak hearted person . I saw over their (DSK)website and 2BHK is around 950-955 sq.feet. (So one can assume total cost of 2BHK in that would go around 46 Lacs+ with other extra costs)This rate is too much, unless it is worth of it(doesn't sound so). Bhawani Peth is area which has little scope of further enhancements (its in center of PMC and stagnated). What rate do experts feel here, can be in Bhawani Peth? In addition, how is MonteVert Versile phase 2 in Wakad? Can someone please share any good projects going on in Pune city area,Wakad or Hinjewadi or Pimple Saudagar/Nilakh/Gurav area (is water available in these distant areas?); I don't find street lights too at someplaces in/around Hinjewadi... |

The price at Bhavani peth is such just because its in the center of the city with very close proximity to camp. This project does not have any amenities. The location looks very unclean like a slum dwelling.
