Default Mundhawa, how is the area

Hi All,

Can you please comment about the area around projects like Marvel Matrix, Rohan Ishita Mundhawa ?

Is it worth buying an apartment there? I want to stay there with family.

Thanks

What price are you getting?

I had seen Marvel Matrix a year ago, and they were quoting 4500. I quite liked the construction, but it was too close to the railway tracks for me (it is 10 ft away!). I think Rohan Ishita is the same. But then, some societies in KP are also like this, so this is a personal preference.

Ganga Orchard is also desperately trying to sell some new apartments there.

I am planning to visit Mundhawa area next weekend, will visit these projects, hence needed information.

I will update on prices after my Visit.

Rate of 4500/- is very high, I can not afford.

4500 is for Marvel, who are premium builders. The other rates will be cheaper.

Hmmm.. good luck. Ganga Orchard (which is on the other side of the road) was quoting even higher - 5000 - about a year ago. I think they are calling it Chrysalis or something. Rohan's rates were slightly lower, from what I remember, but not too much lower.

It really does not matter how much more I earn, the RE prices will always be out of my reach.

4500 / 5000 is impossible to afford.

Thanks for replying.
