Hi,

I'm planning to buy a flat in NANO HOMES situated at Ravet (Pune).

Its a Rama Group project and the rate he is offering is 2300 but he is considering terrace 100% and loading 30%.

Plz suggest is it a good deal to book flat in that location?

have you considered other projects at ravet? What are their average rates? is there anything that makes you inclined towards nano homes. 100 % terrace is common these days.

Please read about the reputation of Rama group in this forum.History of builder and quality,timeliness of delivery etc are important factors.

The query is almost 3.5 years old

Would be interesting to know what eventually happened to Nano homes. Did it sink like the Tata Nano or has the possession been offered.
