Hi,
I wish to buy a flat Kothrud. My budget is around 35-36Lacs. Not having any specifications abt ammenities.Even 4 wheeler parking and security will do. Please suggest some gud and simple new construction schemes.

If you are intrested in Kothrud area visit.. Sarthi developers project near Eklavya college in kothrud.

I don't have much details but you can try to check the rates and availability in this area.
