Hi All,

Wanted a flat 3 BHK in Wakad, Pimple Saudagar under construction. Do not want to take loan. Will pay the amount according to Slabs. Possession should be after one year or so... will do. Builder should be good and trustworthy.

It would depend a lot on your personal preferance.. if you check out the Prices in Pimple Saudagar thread, Rajveer Palace Thread, and Lakshwadeep Palace thread you can get plentiful information about it.

The general concencus is:

• Avoid Wadhwani Builders
• Pride Purple charge too much for maintainance
• GK builders give decent quality but price per sqft is higher and build railway bogie structures so no free space for you to roam around.
• Rama Builders has a seperate thread dedicated to them

Trust and builders are two words that generally dont do together. But my experiance with GK has been pleasent as of today.

But i have not gotten possesion so can never say for sure until a few months after possesion.

Best approach is check out a flat yourself and ask around for opinion on that builder.

One of the most idiotic and arrogant builders you'll come across. Rest assured that your project will never be completed. promises made in the brochure will remain just that "promises". If you have any doubts.. just go and visit the last two projects of SSD Sai Avenue & Sai Angan both opposite Kunal Icon and you'll get the real picture. If you still want to spash 25+ lakhs of your hard earned money on Mr Vijay & Vinod... remember you were warned.
