Need feedback for IDBI home loan
Hi All,
I would like to know your review and feedback for IDBI home loan (and not IDBI home finance)..They have scheme of 9.25% fixed for 5 years. What is your input for same?? How is the past and service of IDBI bank Home loan dept? |

My current loan is from IDBI from last 4 years. My loan was fixed for 3 years at 8.25 and after 3 years it was at market rates and main thing is that at the time of boom loan int. reates my rate was 11.25(when icici was 13%-14%) and again now its 10%. So its quite good bank.
