Hi Guys - Any info about good projects in Bavdhan or Kothrud area would be really helpful to me. My requirements are - 2 or 3 bhk, minium 900 or 1000 sq. ft. budget around 40 Lacs...

the current rates for some schemes in kothrud are as below
1. kumar karishma = 7500 psft 2. sigma one = 5000 + floor rise 3. Pethkar Samrajya = 4500 (soon opening the higher floors 5000) 4. indradhanu = 5000 5. Saarthi Shilp = 4500 6. Bhujbal Nirmaan Residency = 4200 even there r some standalone buildings constructed after demolishing some bunglow in mahatma society. but these schemes lack amenities and have lower specs. so shld be considered accordingly. if anyone knows more then kindly update the list. this may help genuine buyers to take a decision. sam... |

Check out Welworth Samruddhi in Gujarat colony by Welworth group. The total is around 43 ls and is ~950 sqft, 4300 psf. After negotiations it may fit into your budget. I have not been to the site since I am primarily not looking in Kothrud area. But since I stay in Kothrud, I sometimes check out the prices and projects around. So in case you visit the site, please post your review for the benefit of others.

Thanks everybody who provided details about Kothrud projects. Can some one update everyone about projects in Bavdhan area. This information would definitely help other people who searching their dream home in this Bavdhan area....

Ruturang is by Paranjpe schemes and is near the Shivaji statue at Kothrud.

Open and quieter would be Mahatma Society. It makes sense to go for resale house in Kothrud not older than 4 -5 years. Talk to HDFC and ICICI they can suggest you about the availability.
