Need Info about Bhujbal Township Kothrud - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,
I am looking for a 2bhk, i visited the site which is near mahtma society.
Any inputs on the builder are welcome. Has anyone been there recently, what is psf rate quote by the builder?

However, didnt get positive feedback..
like..Arch problems..Toilet n bathroom doors opening in kithcen etc..

Have seen floor plan?
wat rate u got there?
any possibility for further negotiation?

I live in kothurd for 20 years now.....and my aunty lives in anothe bhujabal project..... lottsa problems..... leakage..cracks.....

they are caharging just for area...but not really giving any quality or amenities..... so beware...... rather check out Pethkar samrajya......

One major problem with all Bhujabl schemes is the delay in giving possessions. I was considering this Kothrud project in June 2009. The possessions were supposed to be given in Jan 2009, but due to some labor problem, they were saying that the possessions will be given in Dec 2009. Today, still the possessions have not happened. I see this building everyday while travelling on the highway (just before Chandani Chowk). Just last week, they have started painting the exterior of the building. So possession still remains a distant dream for the people who have booked here.

A few months ago, I was quoted 4500 by the salesperson. Did not negotiate, as I was not that much interested. So it could go down..

My friend went to check out Bhuj. Township and after some nego. was quoted 3700 psf.
I saw the flat , it has average light fixtures, doors and wash basins but main stuff , like construction, flooring is ok.

This is encouraging. Even I know they were quoting 4200+ few months back. Now if they are quoting 37, then that's gr8 ... for buyers :-D

Yes - really good to see this!! I guess Kothrud does not deserve more than 3k!!
