Need Info on Tirupati Campus Vishrantwadi - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi Friends,

Need your valuable comments on Tirupatni Campuse Vishrantwadi.

I am planning to Buy 2BHK flat. Found this area quite soothing and near to Pune City.

I also i had one round of discussion with one of partner of the Group.

Currently they are quoting price 2950 Rs/sq-ft.

Like to know how much he will be able to nego, are there any problem like water problem etc

Could you give me the exact location. Even I am interested in buying a flat in Vishrantwadi. But it is safe to be thorough. These buggesrs sell dhanori as vishrantwadi

its in tingre nagar as such no place in vishrantwadi
Tirupati campuse is in lane no 2 tingre nagar very nearby to vishrantwadi chowk

I had seen the society about 8 months before.
It is quite inside from main Vishrantwadi.

Also the sideby area is not so good.
I guess you can bargin hard to the builder.

2BHK should be NOT more than 27-28 including everything.

I guess 2950 is slightly on a higher side for that area.

If you can go slightly far, in Dhanori area, you can get a good deal with good builder.

But that area has a long way to come up (say 3-4 years).

Anyone who has purchased flat in tirupati Campus? I am planning to book a ready possession flat here. Is there any problem with flats or water situation f=here. Need inputs from forum members.

For 2950 why not buy at Magarpatta City ready poss from investors?

Some will be cheaper than this.

Realacre can you please give me any reference who are selling flats at that rate in magarpatta.....I could not find anybody selling a 2BHK below 42L (900sqft)

Many, simply check out with some brokers near Shubhyan Motors. Man, the builder on paper rate is 3250/sq ft!!

Resale is going for 4500??
