Default Need information about pimple gurav project...

hi all,

i need information on pimple gurav residential project..

i am looking for 1/2 bhk in pimple gurav. and want information on below point.

1. locality
2. connectivity
3. rates (best negotiable rates)
4. projects.
5. basic amenities like water,power etc..

Could you please help me..

1. locality - Good; but not much developed (concrete jungle) like PS. My opinion is Pimple Gurav is cool, non polluted and non congested area. But there are very few under construction schemes in Pimple Gurav. Most of the big budget schemes are in PS, Baner, Wakad.

2. connectivity - Moderate. Not much rickshaws with meter. Pimple Gurav bus stop is OK with good number of frequency of PMT buses. If you reach to 2 Kms far Sanghvi Phata, you can go anywhere in pune by auto/bus. PG is better than PS if you want to go to Viman Nagar side. You can come to khadki and then Yerwada via Holkar bridge. Will take 35 mins to Viman nagar.

3. rates (best negotiable rates) - Not overhyped as GK and other big builders are not there. Thanks GOD:p. Under constrcution rates are 2200-2400.

4. projects. - Only big project I know is Kalptaru. Rates were 2400 last month. Construction quality is good but appearnce is chawl type. Good choice if your budget is more than 26 lacs but check possion time.

5. basic amenities like water,power etc - Dont know much in details. But seems OK. PCMC garden is nice there.

Hi...I ,slightly, am on a different opinion than yours. Pls read my post on this forum. I even could not even imagine to live there in PG.
