What is the rate for resale on sinhgad road. I investigated near VitBhatti opp to big bazar, everyone is quoting reasle rate as 4000 to 4500 and new const. rate is 5500

I have news that as the residents of Sun Empire have managed to get a stay order on DP road passing through the project, the additional road TDR of this (which the builder got in fraudulent way) stands canceled which has resulted in cancellation of some higher floors of Sun Planet. Check this out before you buy.

Default Sun Sattellite is best option

I couldnot see any issue with Mittal Builder project except rates.....Sun Sattellite is best option in that....builder might negotiate upto some figure.

if u want ready possesion...orbit is option but there is less option for selection

Everybody is saying about there dream rate....but think on yr own and take the decision....

Singhad road has become so conjusted... Sun's new project is woth 2200-2300psf according to me...

True. I was stuck for good half an hour from driving between Vithalwadi to Anandnagar in evening. From there, I had to go towards the highway via Suncity road. Again got stuck on this road. The only wide road for few meters is opp Orbit, else it is so narrow that if a PMPML bus comes, you have to take the vehicle off the road. The funniest part:- Orbit on paper going for around INR 4000/sq ft!! When did this area become more expensive than Aundh & Kalyaninagar let alone proper Baner?:p

^^ very true.... Darode Jog and other high profile buiders have started an upward price trend there... when would they understand that Singhad road is not Deccan or KP... 4000psf .. damn... their fete would just be like the bungalows at Bhugaon :-D

These Sun project r 1 km inside SInhgad Road........still we call that area as Sinhagad road...that's interesting......

After the proposed Vittalwadi to warje road(Let's say after 5 years according to Parimal)...will the same issues still exists?

It's yr own dicision about which area u want to stay in....and rate for that area.

All builders near Sun including Mittal is quoting nearly same rate. I visited shivsagar residency. He quoted me 3800 and possession is OCT2010 and nobody is willing to negotiate. That means builders are getting lots of bookings on sinhagad road so they are not negotiating rates.

I visited nearly all the builders on sinhgad road and everybody is quoting nearly same rate around 3500 to 4000.

I visited shivsagar residency. They quoted 3800 and possesion will be in dec2010

And none of the builder is ready to negotiate more than 200. It seems there are lots of bookings going on there so nobody want to negotiate
