Need Information about Sun Satellite, Sun Planet - Page 5 - Indian Real Estate Forum

Yah may be true.Thing is I want 3BHk with these amenities n specs in that area.So buying with him.Don't think situation will be same after 18 month.As there are lot of Schemes on this road.So lots of ppl will be using this road and will be an alternative to Sinhgad road.

Man, if you are ready to wait for couple of years & require a 3BR, then there is no option for you except for Planet. The good part though is the builder is the good amongst others as rest are all scorpio chaps.

Sun Universe is also going to be launched on 9th of this month. It is going to be Mittals biggest project till date. Details will be out next week.

Btw, have you checked Shivsagar Residency by local scorpio builder opp Sun Orbit?

No I didn check any other builder.Smhow I hv developed attraction for Sun schemes and I believe him.My parents are staying in Sun Empire for last 3 yrs.I stay outside India.Actually I have booked flat in Planet but was bit confused about my decision and rates.So wanted some feedbacks so started posting.
Do anyone have any update on DP road.Has tender been awarded?

The DP info was there in Pune Mirror as well as it is on PMC website. Get it downloaded in .pdf format.
Btw, what is the status of the internal road of Sun Empire which has been given to PMC?

Kiran - can you please provide exact sq ft rate for Sun Planet and total cost for 3 BHK. I know realacres had shared it earlier but thats not what I got from builder.

i got it for around 60lacs....3750 /sqft 3 months back.don know wht rate he is quoting now.

No idea about internal road..the case is with court now..decision is pending
