Need information and Advise
Can anyone tell me what is the Cost for a builder to construct the flat only (excluding land, amenities etc etc) with good specification.
I think just we pay premium for the land/area only Because anyway if you construct the same flat anywhere in pune will cost you same for builder (am I right?) There is a flat available at Dhanori (very inside) at 1850 rs/sft with all amenities and good specification. But there is no developement of the area at all (2 km far from the residetail area). Shall i go for it with an optimistic view for better deal in future? Would appreciate the advises. thanky ou |
