Hi all,
i need inputs about the builder ( bhasali associates). any inputs on the project zinnea( bavdhan) has anybody booked thr?
i would appreciate any help reg. builder/project

Didn't like the location hence did not inquire further.

Even I didn't liked the location..
It's on highway dude... Imagine the situation without service road..

Anyways, also I heard that it is a delayed project.

I dont think its delayed project, its been going pretty fast infact, with 2 buildings almost done, and third buildings 5th slab is on the way, its expected to be completed by Apr 11. Service road is sanctioned by DP and highway authorities, with directly access from Chandani chowk, is going to be a great site, with great bombay like views.

This project booking started from the 2008 first quarter.. and possession in April 2011 ? Surpise..!

recession... no bookings... bookings canations... new bookings...no work progress..delay in possessions...

Delay was mainly becuase, the peacocks they had hired, left the builder for not paying up regularly. So they had to recruit fresher peacocks and train them. :p.

With more comments like this no one will dare to book in this scheme and peackocks will run away and project will be completed by 2014
