I had used the services of advocate Honap- 9422017271 for issuing POA to my mom to execute the purchase of a flat in Chennai. He is a notary advocate. You can check out if he also handles resale flat formalities.

Formalities of reslae flats includes the title search report, registration for sale and sale deed.
I think it will cost you 5k to 8k. depends on lawyer's service. They may ask you for 10/11k for these services but bargain price max 8k for good service. if you r looking for only title search report then cost is 2k max. You can contact Mr. Manik More (9822014759) or better visit any sub. reg. office and you will find lot's of lawyer's cabin thr. |
