It depends on the project. In Brahma Avenue; they were charging above 2nd floor; whereas in some projects they do charge above 5th floor.

Land ownership will remain with township development company and also the maintanace contract. This is a honeypot for them. They will keep milking the residents indefinitely.
Hi, I just confimed from the sales manager of Nanded City, that there is land conveyance.

Land conveyance to whom ?
Do they form society ? I dont think so. They haven't done it in mp city. So buyers dont get share certificate. Without this, buyers won't have land conveyance.

I think, land conveyance is done from farmers to the township company. They will not form a society so how they will do land conveyance to society ?

They are going to form a group of flatholders for each of their complexes and may give land conveyance to that group. I am not sure one needs to check the actual clauses in the agreement.

Thumbs up some latest info on Nanded City

Hi, There is a news that the merging of some villages in PMC limits is already on its way. Nanded is one of them. But the stampduty and reg values wont change as per Sales person.
They claim they have started reg for Lalit and Mangal bhairav.
HDFC has already approved the project.
