Need thoughts on Nanded City - Page 7 - Indian Real Estate Forum

I hv been there to NC...It seems to be selling out junk flats first...We can go to site but can't get down of the vehicle...I have seen the floor plans according to the VASTU...n found that half of the flats in each building are south-east facing which to my k nowledge are not VASTU compliant...I asked them for garden flats n they said all r sold out....garden facing flats for alll 9 buildings in Madhuvati are sold out..thats absurd....so I cancell my plan to go for this proj if the SALES is pretending to be all "Sold Out"....no credibility....Be aware everyone before you book in NC.....

Actually my sister has already booked in NC. Although it's the jusk project as Real says, my sister wants the flat only on the floor 20+ and hence she booked in NC as otherwise there are not many buildings in Pune that are 20+ stories. (if you know of some better option please let me know).

And NC fellas is asking my sister to pay for the complete 15% downpayment as they are saying that they are ready to get the agreement done as soon as 15% is paid.

P.S. - Please do not forget to suggest of other options in pune that has buildings 20+ stories.

Lot of NRIs coming back for good look for high floor options in order to get peace and pollution free env. etc. What they forget here is that in developed countries basic amenities like water and power are easily available . In Pune by the way we are going crying about water storage position in dams every monsoon and without ever working on improving it , just consider what happens if there is a water and electricity shortage - how will people living in peace on 20th floor carry water from ground floor without a lift to the 20th floor ? Will it give u peace if u dont have water and lift ?
