Need views for Kondhwa Budruk projects
Hi friends,
Please give me opinions about the projects going in Kondhwa Budruk. On this weekend, I visited a few of them. Runwal Euphoria - 3150 Suyog - Leher - 2900 Sunflower - 2900 Kumar Palms - 3000 I do not have a very high opinion about this area. When have the rates gone so high? Have anybodyelse visited these sites? How did you find them? Please give me your views about the above projects. Murtaza |

I have seen all of them except Sunflower, is it just launched?
I liked Suyog Leher's flat layout but they are charging terrace 100% and 2 BHK carpet area comes at around 700 sqft roughly which is too low. |
