Needed feedback on Bhujbal Group and Bhujbal Brothers constructions
Hi,
Any idea about builder reputation and rates? They have major project going on behind Eklavya polytechnic in Kothrud. Visited the site. Didn't find the existing buildings attractive. Attitude of the sales people is as if they are doing favour by showing the site. They were quoting exhorbitant rates (4100 for project which has just started!!). When asked about negotiation, they say paltry sum of 50k can be negotiated!  Only thing I liked about the project was location. Last edited by maheshk2k; 19-09-09 at 10:31 PM. |
