hehehe hilarious. My view about Marvel is that it is indubitably selling Luxury. In the Luxury segment,however, Marvel would be average. Builders in Pune and i suspect elsewhere as well, have for so long been providing below average constructed units that when someone sees the fancy jazz Marvel offers, they would tend to get impressed. I was too. As is with all luxury products, the price of Luxury is disproportionate to the Cost of Luxury. Marvel has an In-house Automation Department and for a fraction of the cost can provide that kinda jazz. The price they charge however, is within reach of only a handful of people. After seeing so many luxury projects I have come to the conclusion that what Marvel passes off as Luxury is the bare minimum standard expected from those kind of projects. It is average at best. Just my two cents. However, since, Marvel was the First Entrant in the Pune Luxury Space providing bigger homes with Fancy Toys, its name has been inextricably linked to Quality.

I am planning to book a 2BHK flat in Marvel Fria. The project seems good but builder is charging 3900 while others in wagholi are charging around 3200-3500. Is it worth investing in Marvel Fria? If not, what are the other options in wagholi or Kharadi area. Please suggest some projects.

Are you serious? When did the rates at Fria drop down to Rs 3900 psf? Rates were Rs 4250 psf .. isnt it??

Someone shared the latest progress on Fria couple of months ago ....
