Hi for those who are interested in buying Marvel and ofcourse have the budget. They have launched a new property in Kharadi with sizes smaller than the ones they usually offer. 2 BHK - 1265 Sqft and 3 BHK 1650 Sqft. The rate is currently Rs 4000. go check it out!!

~ 60Lacs for 2BHK in Kharadi . Not VFM. If you have this amount...you better go for Kothrud area which is much developed in terms of infra/transport/water.

of course i agree. but its a personal choice, but those interested in Marvel and uptil now unable to afford it, have a choice at a lower budget. 2 BHK's in Marvel have typically cost 75 lacs +. 60 L is still very very costly however!!!

Marvel charges a lot, but the houses are really beautiful, with large rooms n all. But 4k for Kharadi (not for Marvel) is costly.

exactly, 4k in kharadi is costly. but for marvel its not. who wouldnt aspire to live in a large beautiful home?? marvel offers that option. However, i think Gera Skyvillas near by are offering rates in the region of 3300 to 3400 psft for a large home. you can check that out as well........

I totally agree. I don't want to talk about whether prices are justified or not, but Marvel to me means sheer quality. Excellent construction quality, usage of very good materials, solid doors and fittings, high roof, large spacious rooms, large balconies... man! Don't know why other builders can't even get most of these things right. Marvel makes the kind of homes that I would want to save up and buy.

Having said that, it is quite sad that they want to jack up prices even further by doing stupid stuff like "home automation" and even more ridiculous stuff like putting a jacuzzi in the bathroom.

I had visited Marvel's properties in NIBM and on the Hadapsar and I had a similar reaction - their flats were the best in terms of layout/space etc and show flats had all the necessay bells and whistles to entice. But their rates were 4500 and no budging. I tried bargaining to see if they would sell 3500 citing other properties, but they DONT BUDGE.

He did offer Kharadi at a marginally lower rate and again, similar reaction - too expensive for Kharadi.

Are these rates real? Rental rates from 30,000 to 4,50,000 per month!

Who can afford to rent at 4,50,000 per month!?
