Project - Sonigara Kesar
Phase - Phase 1
Time - Launched in Jan.
Rates - probably are less than 3000/-.
Catch - Don't know yet except that their second room in 2BHK is very small.
Overall - Looked good to me.

I havn't visited their site yet. Let us know if anyone has any info

Try The Lake District (="http://www.thelakedistrict.co.in"]www.thelakedistrict.co.in[/URL]) - excellent project with a wide variety of apartments on offer, very competitivly priced & the builder is offering excellent amenities & specifications. Project was launched in Oct 2009 and rate is around 2350 per sq.ft

1. Rate - 2800 - 3000, Location - Behind Bloomfield.
2. Specification - Average
3. Issue - location and approach road, Repo of this builder, delay in construction etc. 3L of infrastructure cost . oopes

My take - if rates are between 2350 - 2550 its a good buy.

Avanee - Tyagi Properties
Project is not announced yet. Possibly at the same location that of Grande View 7.

Sun Universe - Mittal Builders

No Comment.
Visit this guy/location and its previous projects then decide.

1. Madhukosh - Paranjape Builders
Next to Darade Jog's Crossover County
Rate 3300 ? Not sure if this is correct. Just too much.

My Take - Ignore this project.

2. Serene County - Daraode Jog
Same location as that of darade Jog's Crossover County. Its probably phase 2 of Crossover County.

floor plans are ridiculously small.

All these projects are 'katta' of drunkards & lower end scorpio chaps. Madhukosh is bang on bank of canals, den to drunkards who play cards at night as well. Man, if you spit a chewing gum (in this area, it will be Gutkha), it was fall directly in the canal, or will land on drunkards head.
