"Nisarg" projects by RK Lunkad Group - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi,

Does anyone have any idea RK Lunkad grop?
They have lot of projects around Wakad, Dange Chowk and Pimple Nilakh. Most of these project start with name "Nisarg".

Please let me know if any of you have dealt with the builder.
If you could post your experiece in dealing, price, quality etc, it would be great help.

R.K Lunkad is one of the good(?) builder in Pune- According to Few of my friends who purchased flats in lunkad projects.

Dont confuse with the Lunkad in Viman Nagar. I am not impressed with any of the 'Nisarg' projects by RK Lunkad. Projects seem very average

I have seen there projects. I would say below average, slightly less than value for money, but not worst.

Most of Niserg projects having no aminities/few aminities (like garden only). Even parking is also optional.

Floor layout is very simple.

Rate they were quoting 2900/- psf one or two weeks back.

I have seen RK Lunkad projects. They mostly cater to the middle class families. They do not provide lavish amenities like swimming pool, tennis courts, jogging trails like other builders do and increase their rates by 200-300 or even more per sqft. Instead, RK Lunkad build decent sized 1-2 and 3 BHK flats (ratio of 3 bhk flats per building in less) which are suitable and within budget for middle class families earning may be 40-50K per month. One of things I have learnt about RK Lunkad builders is that they give timely possession... may be a few months here and there but not like few years here and there like some big builders like Kumar (take Kumar Shantiniketan for example), or Goeal Ganga (he is famous for delayed deliveries).
The floor pan is also simple but elegant. No full size windows, or false ceilings, or inverters at every home. Instead they give no strings attached flats with decent fittings (Anchor switches, Jaguar plumbing).
