Are you saying that you have a ready possession office, looking for tenant/buyer?

Then I wonder you have to wait till completion and work hard to find a buyer for your property. Other builders are selling their flats like hot cakes.

Pre-pre launch itself half sold and on launch day, completely sold.

Didn't understand your comments..i'm the owner of an office space on NIBM road, the office space has been completed and handed over to me by the builder.. I'm looking for a tenant to rent/lease my office space.

One request, can you please share with us, how easy/difficult its to find tenant for commercial property?
How hot is the demand right now? and have the rents climbed or declined or the same from last 2-3 yrs?

Well, I am planning to start up a company which will lease out offices to these companies. I already have identifed around 43 such new start up companies wanting to come to Pune.

Drop me a message if you are interested.

Also, list out all the companies you have, so that I can choose which one I should lease out my precious offices to.

By the way, There is something called 'Classified' section on every leading news paper, where you will get more responses to your ads.

May be u missed this article.... from an earlier post

See how commercial guys have got their rent reduced by 30 - 40 %(the actual maybe more as they too want to hide).

now lots and lots of commercial real estate is lying empty ...

while residential get fooled by artificial shortage ..... created by the nexus of builder + broker+ banks.

If it an IT startup you should try the Pune IT Park. Recently a friend of mine took a 4 wokstation incubation center there for aarounf 15K/mo. This includes the cost of power, communication, parking etc. Offices are fully functional on day 1. All the best for the startup.

There a lot of new commercial spaces coming up on Baner road around Balewadi phata. You could probably check those out.

Since we are on this thread, I wanted to check whether anybody has a concrete knowledge about the commercial real estate in pune?

I see that a lot of commercial RE is coming up in areas like HW and Kharadi.
