ULIPs are waste...better is to invest in tax savings with at least 15 - 20% CAGR and buy a term plan in conjunction with it..real acres seems to have finally got something wrong...

Schemes like Metlife put your money in markets as well. It is like having insurance + investment in one go.

* PS:- This doesn't mean that I recommend Metlife. Readers should take decision based on their requirements.

It Should be ULIP, right...if it is, then its waste of money..Go for term insurance for LI & MF for investment...All these Insurance companies looting bholi-bhali Inadian junta by selling ULIPs....

Bank FDs are 5 generally.

Coming back to Palash Plus( My IT proofs are submitted nyws),

one of the corners of the flat, near balcony, will be in glass .
So there can be privacy/cleaning issues attached, despite being a novelty of sorts!!

The Kitchen is semi-modularised...Fittings in WC are Jaguar
Fit and finish is good.

But but but... there is always a catch..
Costing is insane!
39L is original cost of apartment.Subtract about 6L as EMI for 18 months.
It still is 33L. FOR WAKAD, ITS A STRECTH.
If it was Baner, this would have been a steal

Personally, I prefer Palash 2.0 ( and also Windows 7.0 and not vista, windows LOL not Om developers)

To bring this back on track....

So what is the opinion about the scheme that Palash+ is offerring. Is it worthwhile to invest here 3400 rate?

Can someone point me to the correct location of Palash+ in wikimapia or another link? I could locate Palash in Wikimapia but do not know where Palash+ is ?

Thanks.

Take Left turn from wakad phata (if you are coming from aundh).

Though floor layout and facilitie in flat is good, 3400/- rate is too high in this area.

one of the corners of the flat, near balcony, will be in glass .

So, whoever buy flat here will get heard dialogue like...
Chinoy sheth, jinke ghar shishe ke hote hai wo light bandh karke kapde badalte hai. :p

Since past few days, I stopped reading Ravi's blog. I thought he is just helping out people in buying properties. Somehow I started realizing that he just doing marketing/advertisement for various projects for which he must be getting paid. I think his larger audience will be NRI’s; those are reading Ravi’s blog and investing in RE by sitting in US
