anyone has experiences here with palash 1.0,2.0.,2i?
apparently they plan another new building towards end of year,
did their sky bunglows take off well/
pls share news/views

I wonder whats the charm of living in a project having sky bungalows for an obsene amount of money in an area where Palash is situated. No approach road, no civic aminities, slums around and no matter how much that sales man talks about eco living and his otis elevators, all the projects here are not worth the asking price.

palash is not worth more than 2300.
there is nothing in the project.
such marketing pitch thats it
