It seems rates at PS r climbling..
GK is quoting 3400 psf for some of their projects... Even I want to inquire abt Palm Breeze.. does anyone have more details... I called tht guy, he gv me rate as 3250 psf.. posession Mar 2011.. Has anyone booked flat there? |

I advise you to go for PS instead, as PS is just better area for comparable rates. |
