Hi ,
this guy is asking for 3250psf for new launch , is it worth. builder is PBAP member.site is very close to govind garden hotel.
comments please....

I wouldnt even pay 2500 for that area. Would rather put in some more money and buy in Wakad/PS where the infrastructure is atleast showing some hope of improving.

builder is sukhawani .project has 200 flats ,7 buildings .its near govind garden, besides ElmWoods. intial quote by most builders around govind garden hotel are 2900-2950psf . this builder is PBAP member,
but still i dont understand rationale behind quoting 3250psf.

My suggestion is to avoid it.
That area will not develop as much as area near Shivar garden.
rates above 2600 per sq ft in that area is insane.

Unless you have money earned withour doing hard work, i suggest dont even look for the property.

I agree totally with monalisa7..you will get below 3000 rate near shivar garden..even personally i feel that is not worth for the money but people are buying there..

3250/sq ft for under-cons at PS. Just forget about it.
Btw, being PBAP member doesn't mean that the builder is good, rather the more the builder stresses on PBAP membership, better to avoid it.

The ex-PBAP prez, Lallu Jain of Kumar Builders went bankrupt, current prez, Mr. Croc has Nanded City which has flopped.
