Yes, that's correct. It was mentioned on their page long ad in TOI.

Redevelopment project. Existing society called kamal baug was bought out for 12,000 per sq feet. Heard per-launch happened a while back and already many flats sold.

Thanks for the update. If it was bought for Rs 12000 psf, then won't be surprised if it is sold for Rs 14000 psf or more

Pune RE rates are going to a new level. But I guess areas like Model Colony, Boat Club, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park would always demand rates in this range.

MindSpaceRealty is coming up with some new project "JALSA" on Prabhat road,
just 6 Flats , 4 1/2 bhk , with 3 car parking reserved for each flat

what is happening, market is slow, real estate is falling in the north but still Pune Real Estate is showing boom ???
I guess NRIs, Onsite people are pumping the money into Pune

These are super luxury projects, targeted to the super rich class in Pune. Jitu said his brother purchased a 4 BHK on Prabhat road, so that is the type of customer.

These customers are not affected by middle class concerns, they just want to indicate that they have "arrived" in social status.

I dont think NRIs are part of this club. This will include mostly industrialists, businessmen or top level executives of IT firms.
