Park Express Balewadi: Need Feedback/inputs - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hello all,
Has anybody booked a flat in the park express balewadi? the project seems to be good ( plan , location wise). any inputs from you guyz would be really helpful. Is it worth investing in the project?

also please let me know if you guyz have any idea abt a mont vert project in balewadi beside amit's sapphire park. i did visit the project but there was no one present from sales team. this project is also good. please let me know your views.

any idea what is current rate going on in park express ?

I visited Park Xpress a few months back and that time they were quoting 4250 but they said there are not enough flats available.. I was only given 5/6 choices and most of them were on 1st or top floor..May be current rate would be around 4500...

Thread is started quite early, but just wanted to know the latest price quote if any one aware of it, planning to visit site this weekend.

I checked last week. It was 4350 psf for garden facing and 4150 psf for non-garding facing flats. Both are base prices; there is a floor rise of Rs 50 from the fourth floor.

Even I was told there were only few flats available and all were either 1st floor or top floors of the building. They have 6 towers, Towers E and F are under construction. Possession is planned in Jun/Jul this year. Few flats ready possession are available in towers A-D

Total package for a 2/2.5 BHK would come around 64-65L i believe..
